It's time to complete our annual training.

Posted on Sep 19 2017 - 3:11pm

It's that time again. All Committee members, Den Leaders, and Parent Volunteers need to complete the annual Youth Protective Training. To view the training, click here.  There should be a sheet for your to print out at the end of your training. All training paperwork should be turned into ether your Den Leader or Scoutmaster LaCroix. All kids need to complete their annual Cyberchip Training. It can be accessed at the same link above. Each child will need to print out the certificate at the end of the training and return it to their Den Leader.

We are looking for a volunteer to step up and shadow our Scoutmaster.

As you all know, Scoutmaster Lisa LaCroix has given a lot of herself to Pack 180. Next year in February 2019, her son will cross the bridge into Boy Scouts and we will need a new Scoutmaster. Lisa is looking for volunteers who would be interested in shadowing her this next year and a half to see what the position entails so they can learn the ropes. If this sounds like you, consider calling Lisa at 609-235-7558 or reaching her by email at wardenal@aol.com.

Now accepting Baloo Bucket donations for THIS FRIDAY's Meeting.

Do you have scouting uniforms and equipment that your son has outgrown? Do you need new scout equipment but haven't had time to head out to pick up your new gear? You are in luck. At this Friday's Recrtuitment Event, we will be accepting scouting items no longer needed and sharing them with whomever needs them for this upcoming year. Consider it the ultimate way to recycle. Please consider looking through your closet, garage and car to see what kind of gear you have onhand that could make all the difference for another member of our Pack.

THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered at September's fundraising event.

Posted on Sep 19 2017 - 2:47pm

A special thanks to all of the volunteers and parents who manned our water sales table at the New Jersey Wild Outdoor Expo on Saturday, September 9th and Sunday, September 10th! Through selling water bottles, we were able to raise $367 for future scout service projects. To everyone's relief we will not be selling popcorn this year or hosting a table at Allentown's Fall Festival so opportunities like this are very important to us. We are considering selling candy bars through Gertrude Hawk this year. More information to come. If you have a suggestion for fundraising, let us know by telling your Den Leader or reaching out to Lisa LaCroix. New ideas are always welcome.

Thank you to those who came out to TURN THE TOWN TEAL!

Special thanks to all of those volunteers who helped us Turn the Town Teal in August for our August SERVICE Project. A photo of the group can be found below. They did great work putting up teal ribbons in downtown Allentown making people aware of the dangers and warning signs of ovarian cancer.
